Hand to Hold matches NICU-graduate parents with families in need of emotional support before, during and after a NICU stay or the loss of a baby. In an effort to provide the most effective support to our families, it's important that our mentors reflect the populations we serve. We are seeking parents of color or those who speak a second language to become mentors.

Join us for virtual support groups

It’s imperative that parents receive emotional support during their NICU stay and after discharge. In the absence of in-person support groups, families can stay connected virtually through Hand to Hold’s free virtual support groups (offered Monday – Friday, with Spanish-speaking groups available), private Facebook communities, and peer support network.
